Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta

- 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- 2Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
- 3In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in parmesan until melted.
- 5Add pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat, adding pasta water if too thick.
- 6Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
