- 1Place chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- 2Pour salsa over the chicken. Add black beans, corn, cumin, and chili powder.
- 3Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- 4Shred chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker.
- 5Stir everything together and serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
